Why can't I change any parameters in the HI 200DNWM through RS Networx?

I can get online with the HI 200DNWM module through RS Networx, but if I try to change any of the settings it does not work. The pull down menus for some of the parameters are blank instead of having my selections. If I try to enter a value in some parameters, it returns a 0 or some other strange value instead of what I entered. Why can't I change any parameter settings in the HI 200DNWM through RS Networx?

There have been a couple of reports of not being able to change parameters in a HI 200DNWM. All of these reports indicated that there was a corruption in RS Networx during installation. The customers experiencing this problem re-installed RS Networx and the problem went away.
