QUESTION: What type of metal are the HI LPRC03 Weigh Module mounts made of?

The HI LPRC03 (Series) Load Points mounts are available in Two (2) types of steel, Plated Steel and Stainless Steel.

The Plated/Mild Steel Weigh Module mounts are made from S355JR Steel. If welding is to be done, materials must be brought up to suitable temperatures before welding. After welding, clean, apply primer, and protective paint.

The Stainless Steel Weigh Module mounts are made of DIN 1.4301 (SS 304) or ASTM-A240 Type 304 (S30400).
