Hardy Floor Scales can be used for general process (mount a machine or vessel to it) pallet, drum, or shipping weighing applications. They feature a rugged structural rib design with a ¼ inch thick steel smooth or diamond plate deck that can withstand over loads of up to 150% of their capacity. Their low height of three inches and 100% end loading allow the easy access and maneuvering of all types of load handling equipment such as drum movers, pallet jacks, or forklifts onto the scale.
Hardy Floor Scales come standard with stainless steel, true hermetically sealed sensors sealed at both the gauging area and cable entry for long life. All are matched and calibrated for mV/V and mV/V/ohm. This eliminates the need for corner adjustment potentiometers from the internal summing card and allows a sensor to be replaced without recalibrating.
Instead of the typical threaded hole into which the load cell foot is attached, the sensors used in the ANY-WEIGH use a blind hole technique ensuring the load is always applied at a precise location providing an accurate reading weighment after weighment.
Hardy Process Toolbox
Hardy Floor Scales feature the Hardy Process Toolbox, a set of productivity tools that support industrial weighing functions. Each tool saves time, increases accuracy, improves efficiency, or reduces risk in process weighing applications, including WAVERSAVER® to eliminate vibration, C2® electronic calibration, and Integrated Technician® to name just a few.
Hardy’s solutions deliver accelerated returns on investment, by enhancing productivity and adding value across the supply chain. Hardy’s solutions are easy to install, configure, commission, operate, and maintain. They are safer to maintain and save you time, money, raw materials, and/or finished product.
