Do I have to reconfigure my replacement HI 1746WS?

We had a problem with our scale module HI 1746WS and installed a spare. Do we have to reconfigure the new module, or will the PLC download the set up information?

Your HI 1746WS configuration data is saved in your HI 1746WS, not your PLC. When you replace your HI 1746WS you will need to re-enter all the configuration information. If possible, record and save the data before you install your spare module.
