New Hardy Dynamic Checkweigher
Hardy’s new groundbreaking family of checkweighers delivers the benefits of: Open Source, Off-the-Shelf and Seamless Integration. Enabling customers to maintain/enhance their checkweighers to meet future needs and functionality. We listened to manufacturers and leveraged Rockwell Automation’s Premier Integration model. We build our checkweighers using Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 software and Allen-Bradley hardware components. This novel approach seamlessly integrates equipment data, control and analytics into plant-level and enterprise networks and all tags are visible and available through Studio 5000.
New HI 6500-XP Extreme Weight ProcessorThe new HI 6500-XP Extreme Weight Processor is an EtherNet/IP® enabled weight processor that can process and output 300 updates per second of processed (stable) weight.
New Bench Scales
Hardy Bench Scales offer the ultimate in product configurability and customization for use in all industrial weighing applications, offering customers the ability to choose the right product at a price that fits their budget. Hardy Bench Scales are available in either stainless or carbon steel base construction, with 304 Stainless Steel platters. Hardy Process Solutions announces the new HI 6600 series of EtherNet/IP® enabled modular weight processing systems with a Rockwell EDS_AOP.
Unique system architecture and modular design allows OEMs and System Integrators to configure between 1 and 30 channels of stable, processed weight over a single fieldbus connection – providing the lowest cost per channel of weight into a PLC, greatly simplifying wiring and network addressing, all in an ultra-compact power efficient design.
Weight processors are used as front ends to control systems or standalone for all types of general weighing applications. Operating blind or with an optional display, they measure, condition and communicate weight without any need to control. The new HI 6600 series is designed to support process weighing applications such as inventory management, blending, filling and checking; and is especially well suited for batching systems, multi-head fillers and tank farms.

Hardy has released a Profibus-DP communications option for its field-proven HI 6500 series of weight processors. The Hi 6500 series has a big, bright multi-channel display and delivers fast, high-resolution weight readings. The family includes an EtherNet/IP version as well as Modbus TCP & RTU, and Analog 4-20mA.
Weight processors are used as front ends to control systems or standalone for all types of general industrial weighing applications. Operating blind or with a display, they measure, condition and communicate weight without any need to control. The new HI 6500-PB is designed to support process weighing applications such as inventory management, batch, blending, filling, dispensing, and check weighing.
