Technical questions can be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from the online Hardy WebTech Knowledgebase that gets smarter every time it is used. WebTech was developed with real questions and answers from Hardy customers just like you. Your questions have probably been asked and answered before, so you can quickly find the information you need. If you can’t find the answer to your question, post your question on WebTech and it will be typically answered the same day (not counting weekends).

To request any of the services mentioned, or to discuss your needs with a trained Hardy Service Agent, please call 800-821-5831 Option 4 (6:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST). For emergency downtime service after hours, leave a message in our emergency mailbox and your call will be returned promptly, typically within one hour. Be sure to leave your name and call back phone number. The emergency phone number should only be used in emergency situations, such as a production line being shut down or to get one of our field service personnel to your location. Please do not use this emergency extension to call for pricing, application support, part numbers, product lead time or any other non-emergency situation.
